Today I have downloadad a magazine from the newsrand and paid 1.99 for one issue. O have purchased it from my ipad and i want it to my two other iPhones. Am I going to pay any extras or it will be stored it on icloud then i can download to my other devices ?

Any content you buy with your Apple ID is available to all of your other devices registered with the same Apple ID
