Next Law Suit For iPhone

They're probably not making a statement because the lawsuits are idiotic.
 
They hardly ever make public statements about lawsuits, they follow the standard corporate "we don't comment on pending litigation".
 
It's about time. I hope there is more to come. They can't be treating customer like this. They need to deliver what they advertised.
