OK, here is my situation:

I want to upgrade to the iPhone 6+ 64gig.
I have the 5s, 32gig unlocked.
I have AT&T shared family plan with 3 lines. The other two lines have no desire to upgrade their 5s, so just one iPhone will be upgrade. I have the shared family plan with less than 10gig.

If I go AT&T next, they will charge $42.45 (20 months) for the 6+ 64gig
They will give me $15 credit towards my shared plan (24 months)
they will allow me to keep the 5s or I can trade in.
no activation fee ($40 savings)

Is this a good deal or should just wait after sept 21 and try to get the discount they give if you keep your current phone over 12 months.
Also I heard is better to trade in the 5s and get a credit of $300 towards the 6+ or I could just sell it at Craigslist for more than $300

Sorry, but this sounds a bit complicate and if someone already figure this out because I doubt I am not alone on this, I appreciate any feedback.
