Next release: Would you prefer a squarer case?

As per the title?

I think it would be nice to really refresh the look of the Apple Watch.

Apart from the Ultra, it hasn’t really changed since launch.

I have small wrists, so the Ultra would look pretty hideous on me.

What are your thoughts?

I'm thinking perhaps a more square case would look larger for the same size. I always got the smaller size watches but at the end of last year I traded my three 41s for 45s. I have a 7 inch wrist and I think 45mm looks fine on me. I should have gone bigger long ago. However for me, I think a square case would be pushing it. But those with a larger wrist it may be alright. But I'm sure I would bang the corners more often. 😄

I wouldn’t want to think about sizing up on case sizes, as I’ve bought a selection of bands.

I know just what you mean. The middle of last year I bought a leather link magnetic band ($100 each) for each of my three 41s. Months later they were worthless to me when I switched to 45. But at least I ordered the watches with the leather bands so they "only" cost me $50 each. Geez.

I don’t hate it but the curve sides make the watch look sleek. Despite other similarly looking fitness tracker out there, it’s very easy to distinguish them from Apple Watches and one of the reason is because of the curve sides.

I’m just hoping Apple would bring back titanium as a premium metal option. The colour options for the Alu AWs are disappointing on the series 8 so more colour options would be a welcome addition. And when you are dropping $500-600 (my country’s currency) on a watch, a sapphire crystal display is a requirement for me even on the cheaper Alu models.
