I know that Apple just updated their MacBook Pro line but I was wondering what everyone thought about the possibility of another update by the end of August 2011. Do you think their is a good chance for this to happen? If not, I assume that once Lion comes out, that will be put on the current models anyway?

I think at this point, MacBooks are too "popular" to get a refresh after 6 months. MacBook Pros sell too well for Apple to refresh the line so early. I would say the start of next year for the next refresh.

Either late this year (Q4) or more likely early next year. Another update in few months sounds very unlikely. When Lion is released, all sold Macs will ship with it, although the first ones will have a drop-in disc with SL pre-installed.
