Hello Forum, This is my first post!! 
pls forgive me if this is in the wrong area...
So I have a Nextar 3 case (the one that has 2 firewire connections) with a 2tb hd enclosed. For some reason It will boot up without issue the first time....then if I shut it down and try to boot it up again it doesn't not work?? If I let it stand for a week or so it will work again when I initially go to use it, then the same problem occurs? it simply won't boot once the power goes off and on again?
I then took the HD enclosed and tried it with another case....Worked with no issues. I did this proses with several 2tb drives. they all worked with the other case but not with the case that has the firewire on it.
So on a hunch I used a 500gb hd I had with the the case and it worked without a problem
Is there any known issues with this case not being able to hand large drives? if so is thee a workaround??
