Nexus 5, 4.4 email client

The new, improved email client on 4.4 - how is it? I've been trying to find some videos on it, and drawing a blank.

How does it work with Exchange? How is the HTML email handling - in particular, is there a setting which would format a mail to a fully zoomed out state when opened, i.e. now panning and zooming required (a setting which was present in Gmail app but not the Email app until now).

Any other comments on the email app, calendar integration, etc?

The stock 4.4 email client looks and feels like the existing Gmail app. Very nice in my opinion

Yes, it's basically the gmail app as said before. I think it's beautiful.
