NFL Mobile iPad mini 4G Verizon

Anyone else have problems trying to watch live video on the NFL Mobile from Verizon app? It says to sign in, I attempt to sign in and it says my login info is wrong. Called Verizon and they said they had no clue what was going on, they forwarded me to Apple support and they said he had no clue either.

Updated to 6.1.3 and re-installed app multiple times.

I tried the NFL Mobile from NFL app but it requires that you have a cable connection through companies that I don't have an account with.

I just spent 1.5hrs on the phone with VZW support after multiple re loads, connection resets, calling NFL mobile support the rep reported that the service will only be supported on ipads if you have a vz backbone ie FIOS. VZW only will not work. Maybe a terrible misunderstanding as all news outlets as well as the press release does not know or include this vital piece of info. For now I will wait and see if a new update comes out.
