I am a Verizon subscriber and have never had this service, but does NFL Mobile come with the Iphone?
Does it cost extra?

No, not available and yes.

I'm sure it'll be available soon, and it's a great application. You can stream the NFL network for no additional cost. I use mine on my Droid all the time.
