NHS App and Indeed App

Bit of a niche one.

I have the NHS App and also the Indeed App. If I try and download a .doc file from the NHS App it launches Indeed, which then says it doesn’t support uploading CVs from my region.

Is there any way to stop the NHS App from making Indeed open?! It shouldn’t ever do so.

What does it do without LinkedIn installed? Could you temporarily offload the LinkedIn App to see?

I’ve never seen .doc files in the NHS App; they are usually PDF.
