Nice advert for current gen iPod touch (or iPhone)

Aloha everyone,

I was just on Apple Insider and I noticed an advertisement for Audible, using the iPod touch (but could also be the iPhone) in the photo, as shown in the attachment. It has probably been used before, but I hadn't seen it, if so, and thought it was nice.

Not that it matters, but it's a Touch.

yeah it's a touch but I am on one right now and I'll tell you that is the UGLIEST iPod touch I've ever seen in my life! (out of 3)
all those audiobook ads with the touch make it look fat and bulky and misshapen... hate 'em!

Yeah, definitely a Touch... On the top it says "iPod." It's probably some sort of image "template" (I'm no graphic designer - vector, Photoshop layer, whatever it's called) and they just made it say iPod.
