nicl not recognized

I am trying to prepare my air to sell and am following this article to "re-set" it

when I get to the command line about nicl I get an error message that nicl is not recognized...

Any ideas or what am I doing wrong?

nicl has been replaced by dscl in Leopard

use: dscl -raw /var/db/netinfo/local.nidb delete /users/[user's short name]

thanks dscl worked but now it states the command line is not valid.

There is not a /netinfo dir...

Anyone know if there is an updated article for Leopard ?
