nightshift during the day

Since this morning my phone (iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1) has been in night shift, even though the settings say it should only be activated from 10 pm - 7 am.

Anyone else have this problem?

PS: Going into settings and toggling the "Manually Enable Until Tomorrow" setting seems to have fixed it.
