I use the Nik Complete Collection as an Aperture plug-in, and have been very happy with it. I just learned about the Digital Film Tools suite of plug-ins and am thinking about trying some of them.

Anybody have any experience with DFT? DFT's PowerStroke seems similar to Viveza, but has a unique stroke based interface. Also, how does Nik's Sharpener Pro compare to DFT's reFine for sharpening?

Look forward to your input.

I received an email from Nik offering 4th of July discounts on the complete collection. It will only last a few days.

$150 off for the A3/LR/PS version
$75 off for the A3/LR version

I just bought the full A3/LR/PS version a couple of weeks ago using the normal 15% coupons often offered in their training videos. I wish I waited two weeks.

In any case... I really like the Nik filters and have no regrets.
