I just got a Fuelband as bday present from my friend, but I don't have any friends to compete with.

Does iphone have to be with you when you are on a run? Or, can it sync the information later?

you can sync later. i've had my fuelband since release day. truthfully, i'm getting a little sick of it.

I have had it since it launched and am getting a little sick of it now. I wish it was more accurate based of heart rate and physical activity rather than just being a fancy pedometer. i have had it replaced two times for different things as well. Since i have a brand new one again im thinking about just selling it.
