I have an IPhone 4s and I was really excited to use the Nike+IPod app but everytime I try to activate my sensor it never works it says "walk around to activate your sensor" and I must have walked/jogged a mile and it just doesn't activate. Am I doing something wrong or what?

I don't have the answer to you question, but do you have to have your phone with you in order for it to track the data, or could you just leave your phone at home?

I will play a little bit cptn. obvious. You need the app AND the Nike+ sensor. You can get it on apples site. The sensor is a small waterproof piezoelectric widget that can calculate your speed, etc. You can either buy special Nike+ shoes or just buy small holders for your shoe (personally I suggest the Marware, the other acrylic one is mediocre)
