iPod Nike + iPod patches

Are there any patches around that let the nike + ipod work with other ipods, such as my 4 gen 20gb one?

Not sure of any patches, but you really wouldn't want to use it with such an iPod. Your iPod has a solid disk Hard Drive, like in your computer. It can take a beating, but it has a limit. The Nike+iPod kit was built for the nano because it has Flash memory instead, which has no moving parts to be damaged. If you could find a way to make it work, you'd be putting your iPod at serious risk. It's up to you though, mate.
