Nike+ Move app - think I'm running all day

Anybody else got the Nike+ Move app and found it thinks they're running all the time? It's currently 13:46 and it thinks I've been running for 9h 6m (63% down on yesterday). I haven't.
 
Anyone? Mine still does this, wondering if it's the app or a problem with the M7.
