Nike Plus account not linked to itunes

Hi, I recently had to have an iphone replaced but ever since i've been unable to get itunes to sync up to my Nike Plus account. The Nike Plus app is twitched on, but there does not seem to be any Nike Plus action going on inside itunes and my iphone shows no history in workouts.

Running the latest itunes and iphone software, 3GS and Itunes 9.
