I've been having some trouble with the Nike Run Club app not starting runs correctly. My last two runs, I get the 3 second countdown, and then it says 'Starting run' but then when I get to 1/4 mile, I don't get any stats read back, I look down and the app is off. Long story, short, I was playing around with the app at home (where it seems to work flawlessly) and noticed that if I double tap the main screen in the app (where all the stats are displayed) that I can pause my run. Has the app always supported this? I've never seen it documented anywhere and always had to swipe over to the left to get the pause button. This is a lot simpler and I'm surprised that I didn't know it existed, as I've been using the app for running since January.

I’m not sure. Will look into it tonight when I run :)
