Hi there,

I would like to ask if it is possible to use the Nike Running Club watch app without iPhone.

I use series 4 watch and I would like to use the Guided Runs that the app offers.

Regards

Yes it works without iphone, but I don't know for guided runs (not available in France).

It works without the phone. The watch app includes guided runs, and open and closed goals runs (distance, duration, speed/pace, and "match your last run").

However, if you are using the "coach" program on your iphone app, this does not appear on the watch. You can run with your watch only and at a later time assign the run to one of your programmed coached runs, though.

Why NRC requires the motion & fitness option of iPhone?

I have disable it because for activity tracking I use Apple Watch.

Several apps like iSmoothRun and other don't use it.
