Okay, so I just upgraded to the 3GS and I'm wondering what I need to get to be able to use Nike+, just the shoe part? Where do I even buy that? And I have a really nice pair of Nike shoes but they're not Nike+, could I just somehow use those?

Search the Internet to find a Nike+ sensor. You can find a case for it to tie on your shoelaces or just use a sandwich bag.
