I Got a Nikon D3100 Kit with the 18-55mm Lens a few months ago.
Sometimes it makes strange noises and it doesn't focus well. I also feel that the front part of the lens is kinda loose, is this normal?

Absolutely not. I've been using Nikon for years. Have some of their newest lenses & quality has remained very high. Your lens should be fast & quiet with no looseness.

Yeah, the part that focuses is kinda wobbly you can move it up/down/left/right with your finger, it's just loose

That's common among kit lenses. I'm not sure how loose yours is, but they're not very sturdy for the most part. Try out an in-store copy somewhere and see if it's the same. If yours is worse, send it to Nikon and they'll repair it for free (unless it's from being dropped).

The same thing happened to me. I brought it back to the place I bought it and they offered to repair it. I said that they must replace it since it was brand new, and they agreed.
