Hey guys-
I'm need some help with my Nikon Coolpix 4300. For some of the shots I'm taking (motocross), I need to use a really fast shutter speed. So I've tried what the manual says to do. I put it in manual mode. I hold down the bottom left button, then press the up or down arrows. This changes the exposure mode (I think? some value changes from 0 to +2 or -2). How can I change the shutter speed? Any ideas guys. Thanks a lot

You want tha value as zero...

If you want the camera to be partially automatic, that is letting it select most options while you select the shutter speed, look up "Exposure Mode: Shutter Priority Auto" In the index of the 4300 manual.

This is what you probably want.
