Nintendo DSi Wireless Play One Card

I was interested in picking one of these new DSi's up and had one question for owners out there. Can you still play with one cartage with old DS users? For example, Mario Party supports one card wireless play. I can play wtih two DS Fat right now. Will this one card option work with a DSi and a DS Fat.

I am pretty sure it does, but wanted to double check.

That is a game cart feature, the hardware doesn't matter so long as it has the ability to use wifi.
