nMacPro (Late 2013) won't wake from Sleep

Multiple users, including myself, are reporting this issue. Have to force shutdown using hardware button. No luck with the usual solutions or configuring power, if it sleeps, it won't wake up.

High Sierra macOS 10.13 (17A405)
 
Does anyone have any updates on a solution for this? If not, how do I "upgrade" back to 10.12?
