If you have a nMP could you do an experiment for me? My nMP is running flawlessly except I'm seeing an oddball sleep problem, where sometimes it doesn't want to go to sleep. I've been trying various things and it looks like it might be caused by the System Settings>Energy Saver>Schedule tool.
Try this, put it on just a "Sleep" schedule every day, say around 8PM or whatever works best for you. Does your nMP have trouble sleeping, even manually? The problem is that when you try to sleep it, the displays will blank but it will just sit there, still awake, for days and never go to sleep.
I've got a bug in with Apple and the engineers are looking at it. They've also noted duplicate bug reports so others are seeing this issue.
Please only vote in the poll after testing this for a week.
