nMP ports running slow? Usb etc..

Hey, so this is a bit weird...


I have a 6 core nMP and all of a sudden, it's USB ports are running slow...as in, it takes a minute for it to recognise the keyboard, won't recognise my iLok (the BIGGEST PITA) and when I connect my iPhone, it takes way long than it should to see it and bing to life?!

What?!


Anyone experienced this?

Not sure what the problem is, but maybe try resetting the SMC by unplugging the machine and then holding the power button down for 5 seconds. I've solved USB problems with other Mac machines like that before.
