NO 10% power warning on OS 3.0??

I was listening to a podcast at work and the 20% power left notification came on, then a a little while later the phone went dead....no more 10% notification?? WTF?

What happened to the 10mb download cap being removed for 3.0?

That happened to me today too and thought maybe I just missed the 10% warning. Guess I didn't hmmmm.....

This would be TERRIBLE if Apple does not correct this and reinstate the 10% warning. The 10% warning is an EXTREMELY valuable feature to have. If my phone is low, I want to be able to save the battery for emergency calls.

Well, in the new 3G S, the battery % turns red when you get to 20% and below. The 3G won't have this feature.

Why omit something so simple from the 3G? It obviously isn't a hardware limitation. Jeez Apple.
