I thought this would be simple, but it is turning out not to be.
My phone has suddenly stopped picking up 3G signals near my house. When I am on my way to work and get about 10 miles away, it switches over and stays on 3G until I get close to home again. I figured it would be a tower issue, but according to the ATT rep, it isn't. Apparently I live in an area with strong 3G coverage (it had always been 5 bars before), and all the towers are fine.
On the rep's suggestion, I reset my phone and got 3G again. After a minute, I lost it again. Since then, I have tried resetting my network settings and removing the SIM for a couple minutes. That has all been useless.
I was hoping someone may have a similar issue or ideas on what to do.
