No 3g or edge on 3GS

Since last night I have not been able to get neither 3g nor edge on my 3gs. There was a post about no 3g on long island, ny but I am now in Manhattan and my phone shows full service but no data. Anyone else having this problem. The phone is !%$&ing four days old!

Call ATT. I had a message pop up everytime I tried to go online saying something to the effect of "Not subscribed to data services."

Turns out ATT hadn't turned on my data plan. A 3 minute phone call fixed this.

thanks im working on it. i think it was because i preordered a 3gs from apple and i bought one in the store so it had two conflicting phones. for some reason i was charged the discounted price for both!
