No 41mm Series 8 for pickup in UK?

Looking at the Apple Store app, the 41mm models of Series 8 GPS+Cellular aren’t available for pickup in London, or at least in central London. But the 45mm models are all available for pickup? Anyone know what’s going on?

Yesterday after the event ended I immediately opened the store as soon as it went live and no 41mm GPS+Cellular models were available for pickup.

Similar situation in Spain.

41mm GPS models are available for pick-up, but not in GPS+Cellular.

At the same time, all 45mm GPS+Cellular are available.

From what it seems, they're only stocking the most popular combinations, and small-size + Cellular is not one of them.
