Context: Big Sur + M1 MBP hooked up to 4K monitor
My purchased 4K movies in the Apple TV app will not stream in 4K. The little 4K icon doesn’t even appear in the movie descriptions like it does on the ATV 4K box downstairs.
I’m pretty confident my Mac to 4K monitor is sufficient to stream 4K movies from the ATV app. 4K movies in YT work fine.
