No 4K video on iPhone SE with Filmic Pro?

Just installed Filmic Pro on my iPhone SE. The highest resolution I can choose inside the app is 3K. Is this a limitation on iPhone SE? All Filmic Pro tutorials I see on Youtube demonstrates the 4K feature.
