No 6.1 update on 4S?

Anyone else not getting an update? I go look for an OTA update and it says 6.0.1 is up to date. I plug it into iTunes and nothing. I even try for a fresh restore but that won't work.

Any ideas?

My 4S updated without a hitch. Have you tried physically connecting yours to iTunes with a cable and checking for an update? Try rebooting the phone and then checking again.

Yes that's what I meant when I plug it into iTunes on my computer. It shows it being up to date.

Both iTunes under info, and my phone under settings show 6.0.1 as being up to date.

Hold shift (Win)/option (Mac) when selecting Check for Update in iTunes and select the firmware you manually downloaded.

Where are you located? The update may be rolling out geographically.
