No access to @ on MacBookair

Hi,
The access to @ is not working anymore. I use a Swedish keyboard and the sign is indicated on the first top row, together with " and 2.
I tried to change the language in Syst Prefs to Swedish Pro, which brings back @ but then all other symbols are messed up...
Please help!

I'm not sure about swedish, but have you tried with Alt-Q?
