Resolved no admin permissions

I have asked this question a thousand times and still nothing, and after seeing other peoples screenshots of the "get info" on the hd's with the OS installed on them, I am still wondering why the only thing that is read and write is system. There is no admin. wheel and everyone is read only and I cannot run blackmagic disk speed test for that drive either, but works fine on the other ones.

Have you tried adding admin rights?
In the get info window, first unlock, then click +, then add r&w for admin group.

I did thank you. I tried when the window popped up it had my name and Administrators, but I only tried my name. It worked once I chose Admins, I was just scared to mess the disk permissions up and have to do a clean install of the OS (I did this when I first got the Mac and changed wheel and system)... so now all is well.
