Second night wearing AppleWatch to bed, first morning was fine.

Last night the alarm was set again, sleep focus was on, but no alarm this morning. Overslept, then saw my alarm the alarm count down on my watch, but also a message on both my watch and phone saying to restart for updated time zone settings. Is this what broke it? Or something else?

Not sure what you mean by "alarm count down" (do you mean the snooze count down?) and I've never seen any such message on any iPhone or AW I've owned before (at least I don't recall ever having seen it). I did have one embarrassing oversleeping situation once when I used only my iPhone for an alarm and ever since then I've never relied solely on the iPhone. I got one of these and make sure both it and my iPhone's alarms are set (I normally set multiple alarms 15 minutes apart as a safety precaution).

Both of my alarms, iPhone, and watch went off at their usual time for me this morning, however, I did notice that little message"restart for updated time zone settings" on both iPhone and watch. Are they pushing a bug fix?

Do you have the same alarm go off at the same time on both watch and phone. Are you using focus?

Is there a setting I'm missing as it is silenced on both.
