I'm not even sure if this is the right place for my question... mods move it if you see fit. Most of the time I can get stuff like this figured out.... but I'm stumped right now. First and foremost... here's what I'm running.
Iphone 4
Jailbroken 6.1.2
Free version of biteSMS
Beside certain contact names as you can see there's a bell with a line through it. I get ZERO alerts from the few individuals in my contacts that somehow have this logo by their name. Check out the picture here:

Now, in their individual contact information everything seems normal. Default ringtone and text tone so I don't understand why I don't get the alerts. If someone has got this figured out and could let me know that would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
