iPad No alerts and delays when using FaceTime

Hi:

I can't use FaceTime on my iPad Air 2 via WiFi. When I have an incoming call from a Mac, the iPad rings, but there is no alert and I have to use multitasking window to accept.

If I call someone, the other guy does not receive my call or he receives it later, even when I've stopped FaceTime.

Do you have experienced these issues?
