No "announce the time" feature?

For as long as I can remember, I've always used the "announce the time" feature in macOS as it helps me stay on task and I have poor time management.

I upgraded to the Ventura beta and now cannot for the life of me find the setting anywhere in System Settings. Did they remove the feature?

It's still there. You just gotta go to the "Desktop and Dock" section in System Settings, then go to the Menu Bar list and click on "Clock Options" and you should see it.
