No Apple Intelligence after upgrading to 15.1

I have an M2 MacMini from last year. I don't see any of the writing tools when I open Pages, Email, nothing.

What am I missing here??

Geez... I didn't think to look in Settings. Pretty sure my Siri is set to an Australian lololl. Thanks - I'll check it out after work today.
