I'm not really sure where to post this, but this seemed to be the best place.

I've been trying to rip a DVD, and after many issues (missing audio, audio sync problems, and out of order chapters), ended up breaking it into two parts and then merging them in QuickTime Pro.

The resulting file plays just fine in QuickLook, in QTP, and even in iTunes. All work great. So, I sync it down to my iPhone. Video plays, no sound until about 45 minutes in (This is where it was split and merged) So it seems that the iPhone won't recognize the first audio track.

I even tried putting the movie into AirSharing (So I can try to reencode on my PC...takes foreverrrrrrr on my PowerBook) Out of curiosity I tried to play it...same issue, no audio until about 45 minutes in.

I'm putting this in the iPhone forum because it seems to be an issue with the phone, since it plays just fine on my Mac.

Does anyone have any input? Preferably not exporting out of QTP (I'd prefer not to keep my CPU running at 100% for the next 19 hours )
