I got a video file that I used Handbrake (using Lifehacker's iPhone 4 720p presets http://lifehacker.com/5572037/handbrake-presets-for-your-new-ipad-or-iphone-4) to convert to play on my iPhone. After it converted, there's no audio when I play the video file on iTunes or QuickTime, however, the audio and video works perfectly fine on VLC. I realize it's probably an audio encoding problem where the Apple software can't read the audio cause it doesn't have the proper codecs. My question is, how can I convert video files to play on the iPhone in HD quality without losing audio?

If I use Videora, the video file works with audio, but it's not HD quality and the reason I bought an iPhone was so that I could watch videos in HD.

Thanks in advance!

By the way, the audio of the movie gets replaced by a high pitched noise.
