No audio with EyeTV app

I have the EyeTv hybrid and I'm not getting any audio from it in my iPad 2, either recordings or live tv. Other apps have audio just fine and the audio works when watching EyeTV on my Mac Mini. Any idea what might be causing it? I dont see a mute button in the EyeTV iPad software nor does it have preferences in System Preferences on the iPad.

Edit: I just tried it on my iPhone 4S and it works just fine. I also reinstalled the EyeTV software on my iPad but it still doesn't work.
