No backup of PC, have a 3GS, a new MacBook Pro 13", how to sync them

I'm hoping someone in this forum may have had the same issue and can share insight on how to remedy my situation.

My PC is gone and with it my iPhone 3GS backup. I had synced my iPhone 3GS to the PC only. I recently purchased a MacBook Pro 13".

I have authorized the computer and disabled auto sync. I put in some contacts into my address/contacts on my mac.

Is there anyway I can sync my iPhone to my MacBook without loosing my music, apps, contacts, calendar etc...
