iPhone 16 Pro No Charge for second phone

We ordered 2 new iPhones & AirPods. AirPods just arrived today. Both iPhone shipping notices went out today. However on the card, they only charged the cost of the AirPods and 1 phone. We have confirmation of all 3 items, and shipping for all 3 items.

Will they charge for the second iPhone later?
