After installing iOS 9 on my devices yesterday, I noticed that the + isn't bottom right above the keyboard on my iPad Air 2, like it is on my iPhone 6. Is there something I'm missing? Notes in iCloud is enabled on both, and I upgraded to the new format. The camera and sketch icons are the only things there, but no checklist or font options. Anyone else having this issue?
