no clock and "o" next to battery?

ok so recently I jailbroke my phone and everything is just peachy keen thusfar. However when I installed a Leopard theme to it, it makes my clock disappear and creates a "o" next to my battery on my home screen....


if i turn off the leopard them3 everything is normal....

just wanted to see if anyone know off hand what it could be, its no biggy but if there is a quick fix that'd be great
