No Confirmation from verizon

Ordered successfully last night finally at about 415am Eastern. Still never received my email. I have my confirmation number and when I check the pre-order status web page it says "We have received your order and it is in process" and still says expected ship date 9/19.

My question is should I be worried? Should I call verizon?

I wouldn't worry about it to much if your preorder number is being tracked in their system. Sure its not in your spam folder?

Check you spam folder and also check you online account to see what email addy you used.

My telesales order hasn't sent an email confirmation either. I have the other number, the ace number, the location number and employee phone numbers and extensions.

When I check to upgrade my device, it says a device is waiting to be activated. I guess that's as good a confirmation I'll have for now.

I'd be kinda worried. Everyone else got confirmation emails..

I received my order confirmation email as soon as I submitted my order at 3:05 am today.
